California Physician Health Program

Most states have an officially sanctioned "Physician Health Program" to assist doctors and other health care professionals who may become impaired due to alcohol, drug or mental health problems. Unfortunately, California is one of only a handful of states that do not have a program of rehabilitation for physicians. Since the closure of the Medical Board Diversion Program, Pacific Assistance Group has provided private statewide drug and alcohol rehabilitation, monitoring and support to California physicians. We are proud to offer the most comprehensive and successful program in California today. Until California sanctions a Physician Health Program, we will continue to offer the most meaningful and proven help available.
